Welcome to We Buy You Hire! Here’s how we make finding your dream dress as easy and fun as possible. From browsing our collection to feeling your best at your event, we’ve got you covered every step of the way.

Step 1. Browse and Choose Your Dress

  • Explore our curated collection of dresses available for hire.
  • Filter by brands, size, or occasion

Step 2. Select Your Rental Period

  • Choose between 3-day or 5-day rental options for each dress.
  • The first day, is your day of pick up. The last day is your return day. 

For our 3-day rental period:

Example: If you pick up your dress on Friday, you can wear it for your event on Saturday, and then return it on Sunday.

- Pick-Up: Friday

- Event Day: Saturday

- Return: Sunday before 5 p.m.

For our 5-day rental period:

Example: If you pick up your dress on Wednesday, you can keep it through the weekend, wear it for your event on Saturday, and return it on Sunday.

- Pick-Up: Wednesday

- Event Day: Saturday

- Return: Sunday

This extended rental period is ideal for those who need extra time for preparations or prefer to have the dress a few days before the event.

Step 3. Book a Try-On Appointment (Optional)

  • Want to make sure it’s the perfect fit? Book a try-on appointment with us!
  • Click on the link Book A Try-On and find a time that works best for you.
  • Provide details on the dresses you want to try on using our booking system.

Step 4. Place Your Order

  • Add your chosen dress to the cart, select your rental period, and proceed to checkout.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email with further details on pick-up
  • Please read through our Terms and Conditions page to understand all rental policies, booking procedures, and your responsibilities as a customer. By proceeding, you agree to comply with these terms for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Step 5. Receive, Enjoy, and Shine!

  • You’ll receive pick-up information for your dress via SMS or email, including the exact location, pick-up time, and any necessary instructions to ensure a smooth and easy collection process.
  • Wear your outfit, take photos, tag us, enjoy the compliments, and capture those unforgettable moments!

Step 6. Easy Returns

Put the outfit back in the rental garment cover, and place back into the return tub. Please note, a late fee of $10 will be applied for each day the dress is not returned beyond the agreed rental period. This fee helps ensure availability for other customers and maintains our schedule for future rentals.
